Our Client Experience Team is dedicated to resolving your issue in a timely manner. Once your Support request has been received, you will receive an email within four business hours notifying you of its receipt and providing you with a case number.

NXTsoft Client Experience Team hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
